Membership

Our by-laws state an annual membership fee of $10 per person is required. However, we have voted that if you want to be a part of AOF and are not financially able to pay at this time, we have 2 options. First, pay when ever you can. The second, please just return the completed form to us and indicate that you cannot pay. This is confidential information and will be treated as such. If you would like to pay more either for an additional donation, or to cover someone who cannot pay, that is great. We appreciate that.

By completing this form you will be recognized as a member of Act of Faith. You will receive emails regarding meetings, minutes of meetings, events in progress, opportunities to vote either at the meetings, or occasionally online, newsletters, updates, who we are helping, and other items of interest.
